"I purchased a '07 ktm sxf and 5 months later had an issue with the crank, realizing that its a dirt bike and warranty on dirt bikes is non existent on top of my unpleasant experience at another KTM dealer north of you left me not feeling too good about my situation. Before tearing into this thing myself, i figured i would bring it in just in case. Anthony went out of his way to help me out. He figured out what was wrong and put the time in on the phone with KTM to get this covered for me. as far as i am concerned this guy went above and beyond for me and i am just a first time customer. you now have a loyal customer for life who will and has been telling everyone who will listen about your service. Anthony needs to be recognized for performing his job with excellence, he is the man!

"I was traveling across the country, and really needed some service (carbs on my Duc M900). Emanual and Lew took me in for almost a whole day, providing very thorough service, and even finding and correcting a serious problem caused by another dealer in VA. They didn't have ALL the parts to do all the stuff they wanted to (and I would have gladly authorized), but they did great work and got me safely back on the road.
